Job Description: As the Sales Manager at Zacho Sports Center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead a team of sales professionals in promoting and selling our extensive range of world-class brands to our customers. By utilizing your exceptional leadership skills and expertise, you will guide the team towards achieving sales targets, while maintaining a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
• Utilize a CRM system effectively to manage customer information, track sales activities, and identify potential opportunities
• Maintain and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for sales purposes
• Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and productivity
• Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions with our brand partners
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales growth
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in the retail or water sports industry (industry knowledge is important but not critical)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team and work cooperatively with other dealership departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in utilizing a CRM system to manage sales activities and customer data
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights
• Passion for water sports and a good understanding of related equipment and brands
